William Oates

Archivist / Researcher with decades of experience in providing heritage back ground for heritage presentations and exhibitions. Heavily involved in digital archives with particular interest in early photography. I own a suite of portable equipment necessary for the safe creation of digital archives from original documents or images. Able to work on site around the New England.
