McCrossin's Mill Museum

This superbly restored three storey flour mill building houses a variety of unusual, sensitive, compelling, even humourous exhibitions and features "Thunderbolt..Life and Legend". Other highlights include "New Gold Mountain...The Chinese at Rocky River", "Corporal Cecil Stoker", "A Tribute to the Anaiwan", "Trickett's Triumph" and "Not in Their Father's Footsteps".

The ground floor features "The Death of Thunderbolt" Gallery, a set of nine superb Phillip Pomroy paintings depicting the notorious bushranger's last day. The Function Centre caters for weddings, parties, conferences, etc and the lovely gardens provide a beautiful venue for functions
in the warmer months.
